Detach
Prior to removing panels, we confirm we have access to the solar monitoring portal. We assess all hardware for reusability. All direct roof attachments are replaced with new.

We routinely seal all holes and thoroughly check for leak potential. Our detach & reset carries our standard 10-year roof penetration warranty.

Detached solar panels are stored, on site, at a location of homeowner's choice. Family Solar Company will stack, tarp, and strap down panels securely. All inverters and wire will be neatly stored and critter-proofed to keep safe until re-install.

Once your beautiful new roof is installed, we are ready to get your solar back up and running! We clean the panels prior to reinstalling them for optimum performance.
